Submitting the checkout form is a request to buy, not a completed sale. We confirm your order over WhatsApp or email before dispatch, and we may decline or cancel an order if the product is out of stock, the address is not serviceable, or the details look incorrect.

• All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST at 18%.
• Shipping is free everywhere in India.
• Cash on delivery is the only payment method. Nothing is charged on this website.
• Discount codes apply to the item total, cannot be combined, and can be withdrawn at any time.

Hair colour is a cosmetic chemical product. You must carry out a skin allergy patch test 48 hours before every application, follow the instructions in the pack, wear the gloves provided, and keep the product away from eyes and out of reach of children.

Do not use the product if your scalp is irritated or broken, if you have previously reacted to a hair colour, or if you have had a temporary black henna tattoo. Rinse immediately and seek medical advice if you experience a reaction. We are not liable for results or reactions where the instructions and patch test were not followed.

Colour results vary with your natural shade, grey percentage, hair porosity and previous chemical treatments. Swatches and photographs on this site are indicative.

Unopened packs can be returned within seven days of delivery. Opened packs cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. If a pack arrives damaged or incorrect, message us within 48 hours with a photo and we will replace it. Full details are on our shipping and returns page.
