Free shipping everywhere in India. Nothing is charged until your pack is in your hands.
Nothing. Shipping is free on every order, to every pincode we serve in India, with no minimum order value.
- Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of confirmation, on working days.
- Metro cities: two to four business days.
- Rest of India: three to seven business days.
- You get a tracking link on WhatsApp as soon as the parcel leaves us.
Cash on delivery only. You pay the courier when the pack arrives — nothing is charged on this website, and we never ask for card or UPI details in advance.
We make Kind Hues in small batches, so a shade sometimes sells out. If that happens after you place your order, we save your details, tell you straight away, and hold your place in the queue. You are not charged anything and there is nothing to cancel — you simply get a message the moment your shade is back.
- Unopened packs: return within seven days of delivery for a full refund.
- Opened packs: cannot be returned, for hygiene and safety reasons.
- Damaged or wrong item: send us a photo within 48 hours and we replace it free.
- Return pickups are arranged by us at no cost to you.
