Last updated: this policy applies to everyone who visits kindhues.com or places an order with us.
When you place an order we ask for your name, email address, phone number and delivery address including city, state and pincode. We also record what you tried to order, the discount code you used and the amount payable.
We record basic marketing information about how you reached us — the campaign or link you clicked, the page you landed on, the site that referred you and your browser type. This helps us understand which of our ads are useful and which are not.
- We do not collect or store card, UPI or net-banking details. Orders are cash on delivery, so no payment is processed on this site.
- We do not ask for identity documents, date of birth or any sensitive personal data.
- We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
- To contact you about your order, including when a product is back in stock.
- To pack and deliver your order through our courier partners.
- To measure how well our advertising works, in aggregate.
- To answer questions you send us on WhatsApp or email.
We use the Meta Pixel and Google Analytics to understand how visitors move through the site — which pages are viewed, what gets added to the cart, and where people stop. These tools set cookies in your browser. You can block them through your browser settings or your device's ad-tracking controls without losing access to the site.
Only the people who need it: our delivery partners, our email and messaging providers, and our hosting and analytics providers. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising.
Order details are kept for up to 24 months so we can honour returns and answer questions. After that we delete them or keep only anonymous totals.
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it entirely. Message us on WhatsApp or write to us by email. We respond within seven working days.
